THE VANGUARD

As we approach our tenth anniversary, I am thrilled to introduce what I believe is our sexiest and most audacious wedding stationery collection yet - The Vanguard. These are not mere invitations but bold and captivating announcements for a party about love. We’ve done away with romance, predictability, and curvy feminine serifs and swashes - this is a sans world, and it’s all about scale, shadows, and drama.

THE CURATOR

Combining Western and Eastern design influences, traditional letterpress printing, and subtle geometric accents in gold foil, our latest collection is exquisite and meticulous, at once stately and palpably serene. Long vertical inserts of varying heights stack tidily upon the center of the main ceremony invitation, ensuring that the couples’ names and whole palette of papers are both visible before the suite is taken apart.

THE HEDONIST

Love, champagne, dancing, etc. The Hedonist takes pleasure very seriously - extra thick paper stocks, blind embossed sans serifs, touches of gold, and so many ways to get playful with wording. As with many of our collections, it aims to reinvent tradition, freshen it up in both substance and appearance…and to remind us all that we’re not just gathering to witness a union, but to feast, laugh, drink, and dance. These are invitations to the best kind of party - a party about love.

THE EDITOR

Precise, meticulous, obsessive even, but in a good way. Far from conventional and admittedly drab traditional layouts of centre-aligned script, this collection conscientiously gives every detail its own rightful place, allowing each one to have its own moment. Inimitable elegance, The Editor has been one of our most popular collections for years.

THE DREAMER

Playful, poetic, graceful, moving…this collection is an improvised typographic dance. Inspired by films and animated credits, letters float spontaneously through a variety formats creating an effortless sense of movement. Mingling, coming, going…quite frankly, these letterforms are already at the party.

THE NOVELIST

Taking its inspiration from classic book covers, elegant serifs, and that timeless marriage of black ink on shades of white paper, the elements in this collection tell a love story of their own. Bold, moving, unexpected, memorable…through intentional folds, captivating layouts, and measured moments of white space, your story unfolds — one that is sure to intrigue, delight, and stir the imaginations of your guests, friends and family, and ensure they truly feel honored to be invited.

THE POET

In its modern and playful interpretation of some of the simplest and oldest tools in the trade - traditional formats, centuries-old serifs, letterpress printing - this collection is all about going back to basics…about learning to live freely, creatively, and joyfully within them…and celebrating the only things we really do have - love, language, connection…each other.

DAY OF STATIONERY

There is a wide range of day of stationery for each collection including wedding reception and cocktail menus, signage and seating charts, programs, place cards, and more. You can stay “on brand” and stick with the same collection as your Save the Dates and Invitation Suites, or get creative and mix and match different styles to have each element on the day be a new and unique surprise. Day of paper elements are highly customizable to suit your place setting and table decor as well as the particular architectural features of your venue. We work closely with you and/or your event planner to create unique and memorable ephemera with the hope that your guests may save a program, place card, or menu as a special memento of your big day.
